Take the stairs that lead from the garden entrance up to the sand-washed landing and sun deck. Peer just around the corner to take in the length of this villa’s 20m pool and its stunning overall setting. Split level living again sees bedrooms upstairs and down, with a living room and open plan dining area featuring floor-to-ceiling sliding doors that offer views of mountain tops and the surrounding jungle landscape.
This sensational view from the pool’s sundeck and landing takes in the mountains to the northwest as well as the small hillside village below. A steep drop away from the edge of this property ensures privacy and a sense of elevation above acres of jungle-like foliage.
Upstairs and down, this villa features stunning polished cement floors and bathroom finishes. The western kitchen and open-plan dining room includes a twelve-seater dining room table, L-shaped multi-seater couch and adjoining outdoor courtyard area.
Locally made Thai art and decorations adorn all living areas and complete this area’s natural feel. The open kitchen adjacent to the living area is modern and features a granite-finish kitchen bench top. Built-in cupboards complement a large pantry before an exit to a second outside kitchen area, suitable for preparing large dinner parties.
Walk out through to the back of the dining and living room area to the outdoor courtyard which features a small pond-like pool with a frangipani tree suspended in its corner. A stunning underwater skylight allows light to flood down to one of the ground floor bedrooms below.

To the right of the outside courtyard is the master bedroom, which is beautifully finished in a modern natural theme, matching artwork and magnificent views over to the pool and surrounding jungle canopy. This incredibly private master bedroom also features a light and spacious study with views to the southern mountains. Large closet space in the study also conceals a secret internal ladder, fireman-style, that allows guests to escape from the study to one of the below ground floor rooms.
The en-suite bathroom in the master bedroom features a fabulous chrome and cement finished bathroom which opens outside and is surrounded by broadleaved trees. Dark grey polished tiles surround a huge polished cement bathtub, complemented by a shower and twin basins.
other bedrooms
Directly downstairs from this master bedroom is the king-sized second bedroom’s office space. Take in the interior design, finished in red and chestnut white surrounding a canopy bed, and follow the polished cement floors which lead to this bedroom’s en-suite bathroom and another huge bathtub. Incredibly private, the enormous bathtub includes sliding doors that open onto nothing but thick green jungle foliage.
From the second bedroom, walk naturally into a library room, including a king daybed and smart tv, making a perfect getaway for up to four children. Floor-to-ceiling windows overlook the long swimming pool and above is skylight into the second pool. Around the corner from the library room is an alternative bathroom area featuring a toilet and shower separately encased in large half circle walls made of thick bathroom glass and finished in blue. A fun space for children & adults to shower and get ready for bed.
Walk just around another corner to find the first of two twin bedrooms, perfect for children, with floor-to-ceiling windows that open out just above the pool’s water level. The two twin bedrooms are separated by the ground level entrance foyer which offers access to the pool. The second twin bedroom is virtually the same but features a private ensuite bathroom with a secret-squirrel cave entrance to the swimming pool. Adults will find it fun to explore and children will fill their days with hide and seek pool games.
The entire ground level of this villa is a great space for swim-safe children to entertain themselves and enjoy access to the pool from, their bedrooms, private bathrooms, and the library room.
Smaller children can be easily supervised in the upstairs splash pool while adults entertain, swim, and enjoy the holiday in the living room & upper pool deck area.
Villa Baan Sii also has a large games room and sixth bedroom on the lower level this includes a private massage studio. The sixth bedroom yet again has an ensuite bathroom as well.

Baan Sairung has a Nespresso machine for making espressos and cappuccinos. However the coffee pods for this machine are not available at any local store. We can sell you Nespresso Kazar pods for 25 baht each. They come in boxes of 10. We are not in the habit of selling coffee, but we charge for this to replenish the owner’s supply. If you are coming from outside of Thailand, we suggest your bring your own pods as they are most probably less expensive in your home country. We also have an Aerocinno for frothing milk. |

Bring a phone or iPod if you want to play your favorite music. Baan Sairung’s music system is a Marshall Stanwell. You can attach your phone or iPod to it either by cable or bluetooth. Please note that the input selector on the system does not light red when you choose bluetooth. However it does work. When connecting by bluetooth it will identify itself as STANWELL on your phone or music player. If you wish to take it outside, the power cable detaches from the back of the unit and you can use the extra power cable sitting near it. Please do not disturb the neighbors when playing music outside. |

Watch Netflix on our TV Baan Sairung is equipped with a Roku device that allows you you watch Netflix movies and television for free in the villa. To use it, set the TV input to HDMI3 and touch the “Netflix” button on the Roku remote. |
